Process Card Transactions

The CardpayUK application enables merchants to accept card payments from their customers on an Iphone or Ipad inputting the card information manually or using the optional card reader.

The result of any transaction is displayed within seconds on the mobile device so the merchant and customer can see if the sale has succeeded or not.

How To Process a Transaction

Please note when using the swipe card reader the name, card number and expiry date are entered automatically.

• Enter the sale amount.
• Enter the card number.
• Enter the expiry date.
• Enter the security cvv number(this is the last three digits on the back of the credit card).
Although not required for a successful transaction, for your security it is good practice to enter the post code of the address where the card is registered. Press Continue
• The next screen will display a summary of the sale, add you reference in the available field.
• Press "Submit" to send the transaction for processing.
If the transaction is successful the following screen will show a sale summary with options to take a customer signature and provide and email receipt. If the transaction is not successful the instuctions are provided on the results screen
